It allows staff and event tenants to adjust color, content, and mood settings quickly, enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring a cohesive, adaptable environment for diverse events.

Challenges

  • Delivering a media screen layout with great readability and flexibility for different client’s requirements.
  • Ensuring an easy and straightforward experience for the personal using the Experience Management System.
  • Condensing a huge amount of information into simple graphical elements.

My role in the project

When i joined the project, several aspects were already in place. My work consisted in integrating these with a new UI, better UX and new challenges. Here are my main contributions to the project:

Frontend Design

I contributed to the design for the media displays that visitors will see for event information. My work contributed to a clear, organized and flexible layout. Tests with the real displays for readability and content flexibility were also conducted.

Backend Design

I was consulted for the backend design of the Experience manage System. I worked with project managers and developers to streamline the user experience, resulting in a clear logical userflow.

Graphic Design

Some graphical assets were needed like the digital representation for the CMS of lights, media screens and so on in their real world location. I designed them based in architectural plans to make them easy to use in a small area, no mather their real life sized. Other assets include the grid system use for the media screens that can be animated upon customer request.
